Beauport Hotel Easter Buffet | 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar Prix Fixe

Join us for a Seaside Easter Celebration to remember on March 31st! We’re welcoming families and friends to gather and celebrate as we serve our Easter Buffet and Prix Fixe here at Beauport Hotel and 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar. Dine on a variety of spring-themed gourmet dishes while taking in sweeping ocean views.

Our Easter by the Sea Buffet in our Grand Ballroom is from 10AM-2PM and features a Chef’s Station with our Hand-Carved Greek Marinated Leg of Lamb and Honey Baked Ham, a Waffle Bar, and a Make Your Own Omelet Station! Adults are $89* and children are $49* per person.

For a more formal sit-down experience, join us for our Easter by the Sea Prix Fixe in our Main Dining Room at 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar from 12PM-6:30PM! This three-course prix fixe menu features your Easter favorites, such as Za’atar Rack of Lamb, Spring Chicken Galantine and Pan-Seared Halibut. Adults are $92* and a children’s menu will be available for those 12 and under.

Reservations are required for either dining experience – reserve with us today to join us this Easter!

Reservations with a credit card are required. Please specify in the guest notes how many adults and children are in your party. Cancellations after March 24th at 9PM and no-shows will be subject to a $67 per person charge. *Price does not include MA State Tax and 20% gratuity.

Meet the Chef

Chef Jon McKechnie is Gloucester born and raised, which has influenced his style and methods of cooking. This style can be described as rustic, refined, and innovative through quality ingredients, local sustainability, and consistency. Chef Jon is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation and has worked all over Massachusetts, most recently coming from The Country Club in Brookline, MA. When it comes to the future of 1606, Chef Jon is working with local purveyors to play with different flavors and pay homage to America’s oldest seaport. With various culinary initiatives, like dry-aged steaks, international conservas, and an innovative raw bar program, 1606 Restaurant and Oyster Bar has a fresh twist on traditional cuisine.
