Champlain Private Dining Room

This handsome, glass-enclosed private dining room offers sweeping ocean views and a luminous coastal ambiance, creating a truly memorable setting for gatherings of up to 16 guests, with both Prix Fixe and full menu options available for parties of 12 or more. With seamless access to the main dining room and lounge, it allows guests to flow effortlessly between spaces while still enjoying an intimate, exclusive atmosphere.   1. Are there minimums or room charges? The Champlain Dining Room can be booked with a minimum number of 8 guests. Our semi-private section and Pavilion Room require a minimum of 16 guests. Minimum charges and room rental fees change seasonally – please contact us for the most recent updates. Required taxes and 20% gratuity are not included in the minimum charges.
  2. Can we bring our own decor? Yes! The room will be available for you to bring decorations 30 minutes prior to your reservation.
  3. Can we bring our own cake? Yes, there is a cake cutting fee of $3 per person.
  4. What’s the cancellation policy? Cancellations for the Champlain Dining Room must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 per person cancellation fee. For semi-private or Pavilion Room functions, you may cancel up to 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
